yehh nice idea! the enlarged hospital texture looks cool. reminds me of Masta's WxWRR #18784, but where he fails to put in the sprites you succeed.

good job, I assume you convert the map into a PNG with 97+ colours (in order to remove the destroyed soil) before creating it. At the same time this gives the destroyed-soil border this gray colour...
