Dimitris: Graphics + HTML + CSS. Whatever you want. Download the template to get a general idea of what the site needs. Then just go from there. For example, you might want to make a new logo, a new background, put a background into the black map info box, redesign the menu (maybe with graphics), make a more beautiful announcement box, ... Tons of things you could do :)

i like how the whole thing works..simple but good enough...i just think you should focus on decoration of your site like small gfx that do the work...nothing really fancy:)

btw the design contest...you mean only gfx? or gfx + html ?

imo we should not complain, the best thing is that it works (better then it did!). With the fixed pictures it's all good now, the white bg aint a problem you can always fix that if you feel like. Am happy with this :)

Thanks HHC, ok Joao. As I said, I don't like the new design myself really, it's just something I threw quickly together so that I could focus on the coding. But for now I'll focus on other life issues first. School, other projects - won't be here too much for a while.

i was a bit worried when the map previews didn't show too well (some lines were invisible), but i see that you fixed it now, good job sir!

Alice it gave u work.... the design is not very good... but I think the features system is gr8 and I say: don't desist of wmsb... if u make better the design a litlle...maybe put a futurist background and put the map preview graphics as they were... there I'll be completly ur fan:) just don't take wmdb down

xDJOSZEEx: One can't, only the admins can review them. If one of your maps has been reviewed though, you can ask for a re-review. Go to a map of yours that has been reviewed alredy to do that.

Deadmanuk: I don't like the design either. If I ever get around to working on the WMDB again, I'll work on a new design. I'm busy with school for now, final tests are coming soon.

Bloopy: What do you mean? The small previews? Yeah they're 20 pixels smaller now. What I'll do first is try to improve the quality of the previews.


Thanks admins for reviewing that many maps!! I'll review some later, maybe we can make 50% by the end of this week.

So people like viewing porn maps but not downloading them, I think it is great that the sort shows this :P And there's not one censored map high on the dl/views ratio.

I miss the larger previews/thumbnails, please do bring them back! :D

As much as I like visiting this site to increase my collection of worm maps, as well as adding a few of my own, I really hate this new "simple, minimalistic look" It looked alright before, but It could look alot better, but now its just too dull for my liking.

You might have noticed the thumb quality sucks more now. But it loads faster. I can switch it back to quality, if people really want that.
