Or... Use Hosting Buddy to host Ghost Knocking, then with !map command, you'll see those .bit classic maps. Play them, and use the Replays to extract the files.
Not so sure if you will find Ghost Knocking maps by him there.
You could find others by using the search bar and typing that same scheme name.
