Rules are.
Only use LADDERS if NOT Leading.
Snakes are TRAPS! (Do not go UP these) If you fall, tough luck :)
Played best with my custom scheme, (Tons of 3 sec mines, fast rising water & Sudden death timer based on player count) also with 15 sec turn time.
Added: Scheme for 3 players.
