In my personal opinion, this is definitely my best map ever. Suitable not only for KAOS and intermediate, but it's also very elastic for various individual schemes. Tested with 15 worms (3x5) - the manual placement didn't appear. I think that 18 should fit easily. Enjoy!
PS. I updated the map file - quality is improved a bit and I made the new file in 64 colours to remove all glitches.
