I took the liberty of moving few of the warning signs to more useful locations. I also removed stray pixels, especially around the fall through holes so worms will fall clean through them. Fixed start tube. Also few minor graphical fixes, like adding the corner graphics for the fall through holes under the fat worm sprites which were missing for some reason. Map playability itself isn't changed.
